This Privacy Policy describes how BRAVO READY (“we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and protects your information across all of our products and services, including our games such as BR1: INFINITE and MINI ARENA, our applications, and our websites such as bravoready.com and br1game.com (collectively, the “Services”).
By using our Services, you agree to the practices described in this Policy. This single Policy applies to all of our current and future games and apps unless a specific product provides its own separate notice.
1. Information We Collect
Account information
If you create an account or sign in (for example, with Google or Apple), we receive your name, email address, and a unique account identifier. This lets us identify your account and save your progress.
Wallet information
If a game offers optional blockchain features and you connect a digital wallet, we collect your public wallet address and associated transaction records within our Services. We never receive or store your private keys or seed phrases.
Gameplay and progress data
We store your in-game progress, such as levels, scores, statistics, currency balances, inventory, and settings, so it can be saved and synced across your devices.
Purchase information
When you make an in-app purchase, we record what was purchased and when. We do not receive or store your payment card details; payments are processed by the applicable platform or payment provider.
Usage, analytics, and device data
We collect anonymous usage and diagnostic data such as app opens, features and modes used, session length, crash reports, device model, operating system, language, and approximate region (country), to understand how our Services are used and to improve them.
Approximate location
We collect your approximate location at the country level, derived from your device’s region and language settings and, for analytics, your IP address. This helps us understand where our players are and tailor our Services by region. We do not collect precise or GPS location.
Website information
When you visit our websites, we and our analytics providers (such as Google Analytics) may collect standard web data such as your IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and referring page, using cookies or similar technologies, to operate and improve the site.
Information you provide directly
If you contact us for support or other reasons, we collect the information you choose to send us (such as your email address and message).
2. How We Use Your Information
- To provide, operate, and maintain our Services (including sign-in, cloud save, matchmaking, and purchases).
- To analyze usage and improve features, balance, content, and performance.
- To diagnose and fix crashes and technical issues.
- To respond to your support requests.
- To protect against fraud, cheating, abuse, and security risks, and to comply with legal obligations.
3. Advertising and Tracking
We do not track you across other companies’ apps or websites for advertising, and we do not sell your personal information. If any of our products display in-game or third-party advertising, we will provide any disclosures and choices required by law.
4. Third-Party Services
We use trusted service providers to deliver our Services. Each handles data under its own privacy policy:
- Google Analytics for website analytics: policies.google.com/privacy
- Google Firebase for authentication, cloud database/save, and analytics, where used: firebase.google.com/support/privacy
- Apple App Store and Google Play for payment processing and distribution of our mobile titles.
5. How We Share Information
We share information only with the service providers above to operate our Services, when required by law, or to protect our rights and users’ safety. We do not sell or rent your personal information. Please note that transactions recorded on a public blockchain are inherently public.
6. Data Retention
We retain account and progress data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we delete the associated personal data, except where we must retain certain records by law. Aggregated or anonymized data may be retained indefinitely.
7. Your Rights and Choices
- Access, correction, and deletion: you may request a copy of, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, including full account deletion, by contacting us below or via our Account & Data Deletion page.
- Sign out: you can sign out of your account at any time within our games and apps.
- Regional rights: depending on where you live, you may have rights under the GDPR (EU/UK), CCPA/CPRA (California), Canada’s PIPEDA, or similar laws, including the rights to access, correct, delete, and object to certain processing, and the right not to have personal information sold (we do not sell it).
8. Children’s Privacy
Our Services are not directed to children under the age of 13 (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.
9. Security
We use industry-standard safeguards, including encrypted connections and the security controls of our providers, to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your data.
10. International Data Transfers
We operate from Canada and use service providers that may store and process data in other countries. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards for such transfers.
