Refund Policy
Last updated: July 14, 2026
This Refund Policy applies to purchases made in our games and apps, including BR1: INFINITE and MINI ARENA, published by BRAVO READY (“we,” “us,” or “our”).
1. How Purchases and Refunds Work
Purchases in our mobile titles are processed by the platform from which you downloaded the app (the Apple App Store or Google Play), not directly by us. Because of this, refunds for those purchases are handled by the applicable platform under its own refund policy, and we are generally unable to issue refunds directly. To request a refund, please use the appropriate platform below.
2. Apple App Store Purchases
If you purchased through the Apple App Store, request a refund directly from Apple:
- Visit reportaproblem.apple.com and sign in with your Apple Account, or
- On your device, go to Settings → [your name] → Media & Purchases → Purchase History, find the item, and choose to report a problem.
Refund decisions for App Store purchases are made by Apple.
3. Google Play Purchases
If you purchased through Google Play, request a refund directly from Google:
- Go to play.google.com/store/account (Order History), find the item, and request a refund, or
- Use the Google Play app: Menu → Payments & subscriptions → Budget & order history.
Google Play offers an automatic refund window for certain purchases (typically within 48 hours of purchase). Refund decisions for Google Play purchases are made by Google.
4. Entry Fees and Direct Purchases
Certain games (such as BR1: INFINITE) may allow you to pay real-money entry fees or make purchases directly within the game, including with digital assets. Entry fees are consumed when used and are final and non-refundable once your session begins, except as required by law. Blockchain transactions are irreversible by nature and cannot be reversed by us once confirmed.
5. Virtual Items and Virtual Currency
Purchases that deliver virtual currency, virtual items, skins, or other in-game content are final and non-refundable once delivered or consumed, except where a refund is required by the platform’s policy or by applicable law. Except where a specific product expressly provides otherwise, Virtual Items have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash. See our Terms of Service for details on Virtual Items.
6. Subscriptions and Recurring Purchases
If a product is sold on a recurring basis, you can manage or cancel it in your Apple App Store or Google Play account settings. Cancelling stops future charges; it does not automatically refund the current billing period. Any refund of an active period is handled by the applicable platform.
7. Accidental or Unauthorized Purchases
If a purchase was made accidentally or without your authorization (for example, by a child), please request a refund through the relevant platform above as soon as possible. We also recommend enabling the parental controls and purchase-approval features offered by Apple and Google.
8. Your Statutory Rights
Nothing in this Policy limits any non-waivable rights you may have under the consumer protection laws of Canada or your country of residence, including any mandatory rights to a refund.
